The Poison Information Provider (PIP) at Florida Health Sciences Center Tampa General Hospital provides initial triage for poison center calls, assists Poison Information Specialists with home and follow-up calls, helps manage poisoned patients, provides information to the public, and offers administrative support. The role requires strong communication, medical terminology knowledge, computer/database familiarity, and the ability to work under supervision in a part-time on-site evening schedule at Tampa General Hospital's main campus.
