Enterprise Community Partners is hiring a hybrid Policy Analyst in Washington, DC, to support the SVP and broader policy team in managing policy deliverables, researching and tracking federal legislation and regulations, drafting advocacy and communications materials, coordinating appropriations advocacy, engaging coalitions and policymakers, and advancing federal affordable housing priorities focused on HUD, USDA, and Treasury appropriations. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 1–2 years of relevant affordable housing, community development, nonprofit, government, Capitol Hill, and project management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint proficiency, and relationship-building ability. The base salary is $80,000–$87,000 annually; the position is hybrid with office attendance two to three days weekly and does not offer sponsorship or relocation.
