Description
HDR is hiring a Policy Analyst to provide strategic and technical oversight of surface and groundwater modeling, water supply planning, agency coordination, and water infrastructure project implementation. The role manages multi-disciplinary teams, guides complex studies and simulations, develops engineering specifications and quality standards, performs quality control reviews, and serves as a technical expert and project manager as needed. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field, at least 10 years of water infrastructure experience, a professional engineering license recognized in the position's location, strong technical and project management capabilities, and experience with numerical modeling and digital design platforms.
