MANTECH is hiring a Policy Analyst in St. Louis, Missouri, for a full-time, 100% on-site role supporting national-security intelligence agencies. The position manages policy development, review, coordination, adjudication, promulgation, compliance, and lifecycle activities; supports subject-matter-expert development; creates self-inspection checklists; identifies policy gaps; executes IV&V protocols; aligns policies with cybersecurity strategy; and analyzes internal and external governance documents. Candidates need at least seven years of policy-management experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or ten years of experience in lieu of a degree, two years of tasker-management experience, two years of agency-level support-agreement coordination, two years of governance-document analysis, NIST 800-53 and cybersecurity-policy knowledge, and a current or active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility.
