MANTECH is hiring a Policy Analyst for its Springfield, Virginia office. The role manages the development, review, coordination, adjudication, promulgation, communication, and compliance of corporate, IT service, cybersecurity, and information assurance policies under NGA’s Policy Life Cycle Management process. Responsibilities include creating self-inspection checklists, conducting policy-gap analysis, executing IV&V protocols, supporting policy workflows, tracking governance metrics, and aligning internal frameworks with cybersecurity strategy. The position requires a current or active TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and at least seven years of policy-management experience; compensation is $119,900 to $199,600.
