Emerald AI is hiring a Policy & Regulatory Affairs Manager to develop and execute policy and regulatory strategy for its AI data center and energy software business. The role analyzes regulatory developments, translates them into business impact, supports policy strategy and advocacy, drafts policy materials, and coordinates with legal, product, operations, and leadership teams. Candidates need at least five years of relevant public policy, regulatory affairs, or related experience, along with strong communication, drafting, cross-functional, and stakeholder-influence skills. The position offers flexible work from Washington, D.C., Boston, or the Bay Area with two work-from-home days per week, plus medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching benefits.
