Description
The Policy Manager will lead and improve the Canal & River Trust’s policy framework, maintain policy libraries and governance processes, research and draft policies, support business units and subject-matter experts, monitor policy effectiveness, and deliver training and communications. The role requires at least five years of policy development and writing experience, substantial policy review and approval experience, knowledge of the charity legal and regulatory environment, strong analytical and communication skills, and SharePoint proficiency. It is a 37-hour Monday-to-Friday role offered remotely with occasional attendance at main hub spaces, with an annual base salary of £45,000.
