Heinstadt Reiss GmbH is hiring a full-time Polier (m/f/d) for structural construction and superstructure projects in Bad Nauheim. The role independently organizes, controls, and monitors site processes; coordinates subcontracted trades and commercial employees; manages materials, equipment, quality, safety, schedules, and costs; and serves as the central contact between site management, clients, engineers, and executing trades. Candidates need construction vocational training, preferably Polier or Master Builder training, several years of relevant experience, and strong leadership, organization, and responsibility. The position offers an unlimited contract, immediate start, collective agreement benefits, and a salary of EUR 52,000–65,000 per year.
