Frank Schäfer GmbH is hiring a permanent full-time Polier or Site Foreman for road and civil engineering. The role leads construction sites, plans and coordinates personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, monitors discipline and site order, coordinates schedules and quality, and documents construction-site events. Candidates must have completed training as a Certified Polier (Master Foreman) in civil engineering, have leadership experience, know MS Office, and demonstrate negotiation skills, assertiveness, business-minded thinking, and goal-oriented action.
