The employer is hiring a Polier / Site Foreman for civil engineering and district-heating pipeline construction in Dortmund. The role manages construction sites, leads and coordinates crews, assigns personnel and subcontractors, oversees quality and safety, supports measurements and documentation, and coordinates with site management and clients. Candidates need training in civil engineering, pipeline construction, or a comparable qualification, several years of construction-site experience, and German language skills; knowledge of district heating, gas, or water networks is advantageous.
