Atlean World is hiring a Polish Advisor to provide customer support by phone, chat, and email, solve customer problems, follow brand guidelines, and record interactions in relevant systems. The role requires fluent Polish, B2+ English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, shift availability, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a clean criminal record. It is based in Portugal, with Lisbon, Porto, Setúbal, or Covilhã listed as possible locations, and includes a 1k welcome bonus, training, health insurance after training, a renewable fixed-term contract, and a relocation package.
