Avalign is hiring a Polisher for its Warsaw, Indiana facility on a third-shift schedule. The role operates polishing equipment, changes wheels according to part specifications, verifies paperwork and part counts, follows production procedures, maintains quality against customer blueprints, performs measurements with calipers and micrometers, and completes production records. The position requires blueprint interpretation, basic inspection skills, multitasking, computer and math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
