Description
BlueLabs is hiring a Polling Manager for its polling team to oversee survey operations end to end, including questionnaire programming, sample pulling, fieldwork monitoring, survey weighting, data quality control, client deliverables, analytics coordination, vendor management, and polling-process improvement. The role is remote-friendly within the United States, reports to the Lead Polling Manager, and collaborates with project, data science, and polling leadership teams. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or similar background, several years of survey-data experience, polling experience as a bonus, analytical and detail-oriented skills, spreadsheet proficiency, and programming experience in SQL, R, and/or Python.
