Description
The Polymer Production Operator safely controls equipment and performs hands-on polymer production-line work, including cleaning molds, removing flashing, inspecting products, setting and removing items from curing racks, applying hot wax, reassembling molds, and maintaining a clean work area. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform repetitive bending and stooping, and the ability to learn production equipment and follow OSHA and environmental regulations. The schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, with overtime often required, and benefits include medical and dental coverage, vision and life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) match, and HSA and FSA accounts.
