Herrmann Personaldienste GmbH is seeking two Polymerization Operators for immediate assignment to a specialty chemicals client in Darmstadt. The role involves operating, setting up, and converting production systems; operating and cleaning water baths, tempering ovens, and chamber construction systems; performing plant, temperature, and quality inspections; preparing materials; supporting inbound and outbound goods processes; collecting samples; and maintaining documentation and data. Candidates need technical or chemical vocational training, a forklift and overhead crane operator license, production experience, PC and MS Office skills, and willingness to work weekends. The position offers an hourly salary of €21.00–€24.00, shift allowances, permanent employment, and other benefits.
