Description
The Sleep Technologist performs comprehensive adult and pediatric polysomnographic testing, analysis, patient care and education, and diagnostic and therapeutic interventions including CPAP, Bi-level, ASV, and oxygen titration under the oversight of a Lab Supervisor, Manager, Director, or designee. The role may also provide oversight and training to other staff and may be assigned to different facilities with adequate notice. Required qualifications include a national Registered Polysomnographic Technologist or Certified Polysomnographic Technician credential, a BLS certification, and documented proficiency in required competencies; an associate's degree is preferred.
