Mercy Health is hiring a Polysomnography Trainee for its Sleep Lab in Springfield, United States. The role performs basic polysomnographic testing and patient care and treatment interventions under direct supervision of a registered polysomnographic technologist, while learning sleep-center protocols, scheduling, EMR tracking, and safety procedures. The trainee must obtain RPSGT certification within 18 months of hire, has a high school diploma or equivalent, and prefers customer-service experience and BLS certification before patient care. The position is scheduled for 36 hours per week on nights.
