Description
The Pool Attendant provides attentive guest service at The Ojai Valley Inn pools by welcoming and seating guests, preparing and maintaining pool stations, clearing and resetting lounge areas, delivering towels, iced water, and beverages, and supporting personalized resort service. The role requires strong English communication and people skills, teamwork, professional presentation, basic math, attention to detail, problem-solving, safety awareness, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma is required; one year of customer service or restaurant experience is preferred but not necessary.
