Description
The Pool Attendant maintains a safe and clean aquatic recreational area for guests or residents by greeting visitors, managing pool equipment and supplies, organizing furniture, removing trash, monitoring rules and equipment, and completing daily checklists. The role is mostly outdoors near a pool, requires long periods of standing and walking, and is an hourly, non-exempt position with a schedule determined by the property. Prior related experience is required, while luxury-property or hotel experience is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively are also required.
