Fayetteville Technical Community College is recruiting candidates for a part-time English Instructor, Writing Center Instructional Support role. The position provides one-on-one tutoring, teaches writing concepts, supports students in creating effective documents, develops critical thinking and academic writing independence, and coordinates with English faculty and the Student Learning Center. The schedule is 24 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and applicants must have a master’s degree in the subject area or a master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in the subject area, strong English grammar and composition skills, communication skills, and expert Microsoft Office proficiency. Writing Center experience and a tutor credential or course work are preferred.
