Description
The City of Morro Bay is hiring part-time, temporary Pool Lifeguards for its pool on the Morro Bay High School campus. The role pays $18.63–$19.57 per hour and involves supervising swimmers, rescuing and assisting in emergencies, checking equipment and chemical levels, maintaining paperwork, and providing customer service. Candidates must be strong swimmers, in good physical condition, and hold American Red Cross Lifeguard Training, First Aid, and CPR certifications. Scheduling includes early morning and noon hours six days per week, with 3–25 hours per week and additional summer hours available. Applications are accepted online until the position is filled.
