TMC Hospitality is hiring a Pool Server for the Summer Season at Drift Nashville. The role serves pool guests, takes food and beverage orders, coordinates with kitchen and bar staff, recommends menu items, resolves customer issues, clears tables, refills towels, maintains the pool area, and services cabana guests. Applicants need a high school diploma or associate degree in culinary studies or food and hospitality management, prior food-serving experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of alcoholic beverages, basic math and point-of-sale skills, physical stamina for outdoor work, and Food Handlers and Responsible Beverage Service certificates.
