Description
The City of Brooks is hiring a full-time Pool Shift Supervisor I, II, or III for its Recreation Services Department, Aquatics Division, based at the JBS Canada Centre in the EID Aquatics Centre. The role covers pool programming, instruction, operations, maintenance, custodial work, troubleshooting, lifeguarding, Red Cross and Life Saving Course instruction, and specialized program instruction, while assisting the Aquatic Supervisor. Compensation is $26.50–$34.75 per hour depending on level and experience, with shift, weekend, and overtime work. Requirements vary by level and include high school completion, related experience, lifeguarding and water-safety certifications, pool-operator certification, SCBA training, and first-aid certification. The position remains open until a suitable candidate is chosen.
