Description
The Pooled Trust Administrator leads AIM Services’ Pooled Trust program, overseeing participant enrollment, beneficiary account administration, disbursements, regulatory compliance, reporting, financial oversight, quality assurance, and stakeholder relationships. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and five years of progressively responsible experience in administrative, management, trust administration, financial services, disability services, or a related field, with three years of supervisory experience preferred. It also requires knowledge of special needs trusts, Medicaid, SSI, fiduciary responsibilities, and New York State regulations, along with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
