Unity Communications is hiring a Portal Support Representative to create and maintain accurate vendor profiles in client agent portals, coordinate vendor information and documentation, conduct annual portal review calls, update portal pages, track changes, and report on vendor status. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and experience with websites, portals, CRM systems, or content management systems. It is a probationary full-time position with a hybrid setup based in Pasay City, offering HMO coverage, VL/SL credits, 13th-month pay, and other benefits.
