Red Rabbit is hiring multiple full-time Porters for its in-school kitchen in Washington, DC. The role supports a team of 4–6 people by cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas, removing waste, preparing the kitchen for meal production, cooking scratch-made dishes, serving food, and maintaining Department of Health standards. Candidates should have at least one year of restaurant, hotel, or commissary kitchen experience, basic kitchen equipment and sanitation knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred. The position runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and pays $18.50–$19.00 per hour, with health, dental, vision, lunch, professional development, and commuter benefits.
