Description
The Porter (A) Level maintains the cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and general upkeep of Jewish Board program facilities, including offices, kitchens, restrooms, common areas, floors, exteriors, grounds, and storage. Responsibilities include custodial cleaning, floor care, snow removal, waste and recycling, basic repairs, building-system checks, fire-safety compliance, grounds work, inventory and work-order recordkeeping, and coordination with other facilities staff. The role requires three years of commercial-cleaning or maintenance experience, a driver’s license, physical ability to work outdoors and indoors in all weather, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand 95% of the time.
