Description
The Porter maintains grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing offices, parking lots, and other community buildings for multifamily residential properties. Responsibilities include cleaning, trash removal, make-ready support, snow and leaf removal, basic mechanical, carpentry, and electrical troubleshooting, inventory management, safety reporting, emergency response, and customer service. The role reports to the Community Director and/or Maintenance Supervisor, requires a high school diploma or GED plus one to two years of related experience or training, a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and the ability to work weekends and respond to emergencies.
