Description
Jamison Management Company is seeking a Porter to maintain the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings of a Tulsa apartment community. The role includes trash removal from vacant units, pool cleaning and chemical maintenance, assisting with maintenance and painting, delivering notices, supporting building inspections, helping with resident events, and completing special projects. The position requires Monday-Friday availability from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the ability to lift 40–50 pounds, dependable transportation, a strong work ethic, customer service orientation, and a valid government-issued ID.
