Description
The Porter supports residential apartment maintenance and janitorial operations by removing garbage and recycling, sweeping and cleaning public areas, assisting with vacant-unit occupancy, performing minor repairs, maintaining tools and storage areas, and responding to service requests. The role requires indoor and outdoor work in all weather, physical lifting and standing, floor-care and janitorial knowledge, resident interaction, and an ALC lead-paint certification; 1–2 years of maintenance or construction experience is ideal.
