The role greets and escorts guests to rooms, assists with entry and exit, explains property amenities and local areas, transports luggage, arranges transportation, and provides directions. It also includes welcoming guests, addressing service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality, following company procedures, and performing physical duties such as lifting up to 50 pounds and moving over uneven surfaces. No related work experience, supervisory experience, or license or certification is required; a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
