Description
The Groundsman/Porter maintains the cleanliness, order, and appearance of an apartment community, including common areas, grounds, dumpsters, parking lots, vacant apartments, and storage areas. The role performs trash removal, landscaping, light painting, snow removal, pool maintenance, window and door repairs, equipment operation, and general maintenance tasks while reporting concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one to three years of groundskeeping experience, basic painting skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work in all weather conditions.
