Tonti Properties is hiring a Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds and common areas. Responsibilities include daily trash pickup, blowing walkways, maintaining landscaping, power washing surfaces, and supporting maintenance and property teams with additional tasks. The role requires at least one year of general labor experience, physical ability, tool and equipment safety, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
