Description
The Rees Hotel is hiring a full-time, permanent Guest Services Associate to provide welcoming front-of-house service, assist with check-in and luggage, recommend local activities, arrange bespoke guest experiences, and safely operate guest shuttles and company vehicles. The role includes overnight support, flexible weekend and holiday shifts, and requires a valid New Zealand work visa, a full clean driver’s licence, strong communication and English skills, and physical fitness. Prior high-end front-of-house experience, local-area knowledge, PMS experience, and a passenger endorsement are beneficial but not essential.
