Description
The Porter/ Groundskeeper maintains the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of Millcroft Apartments’ common areas, grounds, and amenities. Responsibilities include cleaning interior and exterior spaces, removing snow and other hazards, disposing of waste, assisting with minor repairs and maintenance work, supporting move-in and move-out processes, and reporting safety hazards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, outdoor work in varying weather, and availability for on-call or emergency tasks.
