Description
SunRidge Management Group is hiring a full-time Porter/Groundskeeper for an on-site multifamily apartment community. The role maintains grounds, common areas, parking lots, amenities, and building exteriors; performs trash removal, grounds detailing, minor repairs, painting, lock changes, and other maintenance assistance; and supports safety and preventive maintenance. The position requires outdoor work in varied weather, physical activity, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license where applicable, and completion of required Grace Hill training. Weekend availability may be needed, and the role offers health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
