Description
Beacon Software is hiring an Accounting Manager in Toronto to oversee accounting operations across 10–15 portfolio companies. The role owns month-end and quarter-end closes, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, consolidated reporting, internal controls, audits, and the integration of new acquisitions. It also manages outsourced accounting teams and partners with FP&A, Finance Systems, and corporate finance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA designation, 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, and experience with NetSuite or similar multi-entity systems; the arrangement is hybrid with three to four in-office days per week.
