Aviso is hiring a Portfolio Administrator for its Asset Management team to administer Credential’s Separately Managed Account programs and support other investment management solutions. The role manages client and inventory accounts, executes discretionary trades, monitors trade restrictions, supports fee billing and investment reporting, maintains client materials, supports advisors and portfolio managers, and contributes to market research and investment strategy committee activities. Candidates need a post-secondary degree, CFA Level I progress, Canadian securities and wealth-management qualifications, at least three years of investment-industry experience, and current or near-term Registered Representative eligibility. The position offers an expected annual salary of $70,000–$80,000 CAD and health, dental, and insurance benefits.
