NTT DATA Services is hiring a Portfolio Analytics, Engineering Support Professional to investigate and resolve client and engineering support issues, escalate Marquee Helpdesk cases, collaborate with engineering teams, improve portfolio-analytics roadmaps, and create documentation, runbooks, and client-facing code snippets. The role requires Java and Python coding, API debugging, UI and API integration knowledge, client communication, and automation of repeat issues. It is a remote position with a starting hourly range of $45-$53 across United States locations and may include medical, dental, and vision benefits.
