Arcana is hiring an Analyst to collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams on portfolio intelligence tools and analytics. The role involves analyzing portfolio and security-level performance, risk, and attribution; decomposing returns; conducting market, macroeconomic, and security research; and communicating financial metrics to internal stakeholders and clients. Candidates need 2–4+ years of front-office financial experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, financial modeling and data interpretation ability, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
