Kiln is hiring a full-time cross-functional leadership role focused on managing its operating portfolio. The role oversees property-level P&L reconciliation, CAM reconciliations and budgeting, asset performance reporting, property operations, insurance, compliance, capital improvement projects, and collaboration with Finance, Growth, Operations, Facilities, Design, and Procurement teams. It also supports underwriting and acquisition OPEX assumptions and provides input on leasing, acquisitions, and expansion strategies. The posting seeks 10+ years of experience in asset management, property operations, or real estate finance, ideally within hospitality, coworking, or mixed-use assets, along with strong financial modeling, project-management, analytical, and real estate systems skills.
