Description
Bridgewater Associates is hiring an Investment Systems Analyst to operate and improve the systematized logic that generates client portfolios and trades. The role oversees market-data ingestion, portfolio construction, risk controls, instrument selection, trade implementation, and communication with investment managers, traders, and developers, while partnering with technologists and researchers to build and enhance investment systems. The position requires a four-year undergraduate degree with anticipated graduation in Spring/Summer 2027 and relevant investment-banking or asset-management internship experience, with four days per week onsite at the Westport, Connecticut campus. Compensation is $150,000–$200,000 inclusive of a discretionary target bonus, and Bridgewater does not provide immigration sponsorship.
