American Operator is seeking a Portfolio CEO to run an established small business with full accountability for operations, the P&L, team development, customer relationships, vendor management, budgets, forecasts, growth planning, and safe, compliant operations. The role requires at least 10 years of operational leadership experience in a target industry, 5+ years of hiring and firing authority, and 5+ years of P&L or budget responsibility, along with small-business leadership and entrepreneurial experience. Compensation is a base salary of $150,000-$180,000 plus benefits and potential equity participation, with relocation required for the business location.
