Description
The Portfolio Property Manager will oversee multiple community associations, including operations, grounds, common areas, property assets, vendor management, financial reporting, collections, board communications, capital-expenditure recommendations, inspections, and staff oversight. The role is hybrid or remote with travel to Camden County and requires a valid New Jersey driver's license, financial and spreadsheet expertise, contract negotiation and facility-management experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory, and the salary is $70,000-$80,000.
