Description
The Property Accountant will maintain GAAP-compliant financial records and internal controls for a portfolio of approximately 25–35 buildings or 100 leases, monitor net operating income and lease accounting, prepare budgets and forecasts, analyze variances, review receivables and balance-sheet accounts, support audits and due diligence, and supervise at least one Project Accountant. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline, five to seven years of related accounting experience, familiarity with Yardi, and occasional travel to portfolio locations.
