World Relief is hiring a Portfolio Development Manager for its large regional U.S. offices. The role serves as a strategic liaison between the home office and assigned offices, leading donor development, church partnerships, private fundraising, campaign adoption, CRM and pipeline management, and coaching of local fundraising staff. It also supervises employees, manages performance and HRIS activities, and supports cross-office learning and major-donor proposals. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of nonprofit fundraising experience including major-gift pipeline development, and at least two years of direct supervisory experience.
