GHD is hiring a Portfolio Relationship Manager to lead strategic growth and long-term partnerships across a defined portfolio of priority environmental clients. The role develops and manages complex customer relationships, coordinates technical and advisory capabilities, identifies growth opportunities, creates tailored solutions, negotiates complex proposals, and oversees CRM systems. Candidates should be based in GHD office locations in the western United States, work three days per week in the office, and have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related technical field, along with 10–20 years of environmental project experience and progressive client relationship and business development experience. The salary range is $150,000–$247,000 based on experience and location.
