Description
Credable is hiring a Portfolio Manager to own the financial health, credit strategies, and performance optimization of its digital lending products. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the role manages the credit lifecycle and portfolio dynamics across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Mozambique, and other emerging markets, with a Nairobi base and required travel. Responsibilities include P&L accountability, eligibility and underwriting modeling, limit graduation, A/B testing, partner coordination, forecasting, and portfolio analytics using SQL and/or Python. The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, credit risk, financial analysis, or quantitative risk, along with hands-on SQL and/or Python proficiency.
