Description
Opendoor is hiring a Portfolio Manager to optimize its multi-billion-dollar real estate inventory by executing resale strategies and managing P&L at the asset level. The role involves pricing homes, responding to market signals, accepting or overriding model-driven recommendations, managing underperforming cohorts, and providing feedback to improve pricing models and tools. Candidates should have experience making difficult pricing or asset-management decisions, strong data-review and judgment skills, Excel and dashboard experience, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities. The position is based in an office and requires in-person work four days per week.
