Description
The Portfolio Manager will develop and execute credit portfolio strategies for a fintech lending organization, supporting expansion into new markets and regions. The role monitors portfolio quality, profitability, growth, and risk across multiple geographies; analyzes customer behavior, product performance, and market dynamics; performs forecasting, scenario analysis, stress testing, and profitability assessments; recommends underwriting, pricing, and limit changes; and collaborates with Credit Risk, Product, Finance, Data, Collections, and other teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree or higher national diploma in a quantitative or business-related discipline, 5–7 years of experience in portfolio management, credit risk, credit analytics, or retail lending, and hands-on consumer lending portfolio experience.
